Description
Nexus Consortium Somalia is seeking a qualified and experienced firm or consultant to design, procure, and implement a robust ERP system to streamline its operations across finance, procurement, HR, grants, and program management.
About Nexus Consortium Somalia
Nexus Consortium Somalia is a coalition of eight Somali local NGOs—Center for Peace and Democracy (CPD), Gargaar Relief and Development Organization (GREDO), Horn of Africa Voluntary Youth Committee (HAVOYOCO), Kaalo Aid and Development Organization (KAALO), Somali Women’s Development Centre (SSWC), Social-Life and Agricultural Development Organization (SADO), Taakulo Somali Community (TASCO), and Wajir South Development Association (WASDA)—alongside two international partners, Oxfam and Save the Children.
Nexus operates across all Somali regions to deliver integrated, locally led solutions in humanitarian aid, development, and peacebuilding. The consortium promotes local ownership and champions a Somali-led, contextually relevant, community-driven approach to development.
Objective of the Assignment
The ERP system will automate and integrate key business functions including:
- Finance and Accounting
- Procurement and Inventory
- Human Resources
- Program and Grant Management
- Workflow Automation and Document Management
Deliverables
- Needs Assessment & Functional Requirements
- ERP System Procurement and Design
- Implementation Roadmap
- Training and Documentation
- Support and Maintenance Plan
Duration
Within 1 month
Skills and qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience implementing ERP systems for NGOs or consortia
- Familiarity with donor compliance (Oxfam, SAVE, USAID, ECHO, Vitol, UN, etc.)
- Ability to integrate or migrate from QuickBooks and SharePoint
- Strong technical support and training capacity
