Billy Antone Onyango

I am dedicated Civil Engineer with expertise in construction management, financial planning, and
sustainable infrastructure design. I have successfully contributed to major projects, including the
Improvement of Water Services in Mombasa County-North Mainland Area, the Kenya Informal
Settlement Improvement Program (Road Construction and Water Supply), and the construction
of the Proposed Headquarters for the Isiolo County Government. Additionally, I worked at
Taawer Engineering Services as a Site Manager, overseeing housing structural design and site
management. Committed to delivering cost-effective and environmentally conscious
infrastructure solutions.
My technical proficiency includes advanced skills in computer-aided design (CAD) software
such as AutoCAD and Etabs, as well as computing tools like MS Office and MS Project. I excel
in engineering surveys, structural analysis, technical documentation, leadership, communication,
problem-solving, teamwork, and time management.
With a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Mombasa and registration as
a Graduate Engineer with the Engineers Board of Kenya, I can drive impactful and sustainable
