World Vision International (WVI-S) is a non-profit relief and development organization. WVI Somalia operations in Somalia-Jubaland and Hirshabelle _including Jowhar, Balcad in Middle Shabelle, Luuq, Dollow, and Bardhere in Gedo Region) hereby jointly invite qualified and interested suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Renting of boats to be used for community led flood search and rescue operation in Middle Shabelle and Gedo Regions World Vision International entities (Jubaland and Hirshabelle-including Jowhar, Balcad in Middle Shabelle, Luuq, Dollow, and Bardhere in Gedo Region) in Somalia, jointly invites interested applicants (Vendors/suppliers/Contractors) to submit their expression of interest by filling the online form. **More Details to be provided in full ToR upon Expression of Interest.** We hereby invite Expressions of Interest from legally registered sea transportation companies with proven experience in the rental of boats for community-led flood search and rescue operations and Reputable vendors capable of providing transportation services to support these operations in Middle Shabelle and Gedo regions.

- Interested bidders must be registered in Federal Government of Somalia – to provide goods, works and services in their respective district.
- Request for Proposal documents will be available Free of Charge to all interested bidders who express interest by filling the form provided in this link World Vision Somalia-Expression of Interest (EOI) – Fill out form or in the below barcode by 5:00 PM Tuesday 26th May 2026.
- Instructions for submission of completed proposals shall be indicated on the Request for Proposal document.
- Nothing in this Expression of Interest shall be construed to give rise to contractual obligations with World Vision.
- World Vision, may at its absolute discretion, suspend or defer this EOI process.
