**Background;*

World Vision is a global humanitarian organization that has been operating in Somalia since the early 1990s. In Puntland, its programs focus on health, nutrition, education, livelihoods, WASH (Water, Sanitation & Hygiene), and child protection. WVI-S invites all potential and eligible suppliers capable of providing hotel services to WVS in Galdogob District, to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI). Interested suppliers are requested to click the link provided in this document to register and provide their company details. **The details for the hotel services;** * Meals * Venue  * Accommodation  **More Details to be provided in full RFP upon Expression of Interest.** We hereby invite Expression of Interest from **registered, approved and reputable suppliers to provide above-named services to World Vision Somalia.**

IMPORTANT NOTES TO BIDDERS

1. Interested bidders must be registered in Puntland and have the capacity and infrastructure to provide hotel services to WVS in Galdogob District
2. Request for Proposal documents will be available Free of Charge to all interested bidders who express interest by filling the form provided in this link https://forms.office.com/r/BTEehmJWNi .   by 5:00 PM 28th January 2026.
3. Instructions for submission of completed proposals shall be indicated on the Request for Proposal document.
4. Nothing in this Expression of Interest shall be construed to give rise to contractual obligations with World Vision.
5. World Vision, may at its absolute discretion, suspend or defer this EOI process.
