INVITATION TO TENDER: PROVISION OF SCHOOL FURNITURE FOR TRIPLE DESK AND CHAIR UNDER THE RAJO KAABA PROJECT – SOUTHWEST, SOMALIA.

ALIGHT (formerly ARC) is implementing Education Rajo Kaaba. In reference to this, ALIGHT invites tender from qualified, registered companies as detailed above, the detailed description is summarized in accordance with procedures, conditions, and contract terms, as specified in this tender document and the BOQ.

Alight Somalia is seeking qualified contractors for the subject of the above head title.

(All tender documents MUST be submitted on company’s letter head and on ALIGHT/ARC template provided as part of the tender documents).

1. Qualification and Conditions: The main criteria for admission to the tender process are as follows:

  • A duly completed and signed priced quotation in accordance with the Bill of Quantities (BoQ)
  • Copies of current, valid licenses/registrations issued by both the Federal Government of Somalia and the relevant State/Member State authorities.
  • Current tax compliance certificates from both federal and state levels.
  • An updated financial bank statement covering the last six (6) months.
  • A detailed list of at least three (3) similar contracts successfully completed for the supply of dignity kits (include client names, contract values, dates, and contact references).
  • Proposed delivery lead time for the dignity kits (specify number of days from contract award to delivery).

Additional information

  1. Tender will be opened immediately in the presence of procurement committee
  2. Selected Vendor will notify through email after completion of paperwork
  3. Selected vendor will receive his/her service amount after 100% completion of contract.
