PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Sales Supervisor will lead and coordinate daily sales operations within the assigned location, ensuring sales targets are achieved, customer service standards are maintained, and field teams are effectively supervised. This role is central to improving market coverage and driving consistent growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise daily sales team activities.
• Implement weekly/monthly sales plans.
• Monitor performance and stock movement.
• Manage collections and documentation.
• Identify market gaps and competitor activity.
• Follow-up with distributors and retail outlets.
