In pursuit of its strategic vision, Claysom is also spearheading an ambitious initiative to establish the first Coca-Cola manufacturing facility in Puntland. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Sales Person will be responsible for promoting and selling company products within the assigned area, maintaining customer relationships, increasing market reach, and ensuring that daily sales and collection objectives are achieved. The role is designed to support business expansion through active field sales and customer engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Promote and sell company products to retail outlets, wholesalers.
• Visit customers regularly to take orders, build relationships, and identify sales opportunities.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
• Ensure proper delivery follow-up and customer satisfaction.
• Collect payments where applicable and submit collections according to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, sales, customer feedback, and market activities.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Skills and qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum secondary school completion; diploma preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, merchandising, or field marketing is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
• Honest, energetic, and customer-focused.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned market area.
• Basic literacy and record-keeping skills.
